Bryan is appreciated by his clients for holding a tight rein on travel costs. He flies out of either Birmingham, Alabama or Atlanta, Georgia depending on fares and schedules. Clients are charged coach fare only.

Quite often, Bryan drives (so he can fish along the way). Mileage is charged at the current IRS deductible rate.

Bryan 's policy is to never book the last flight in before the meeting. He always has a back up. He has even been known to ride the bus and the train to get to a speaking engagement.

Unique among speakers, Bryan does not charge for meals incurred during travel. He prorates travel expenses whenever possible.
